ILYSE BAKER is an acclaimed dancer, a respected choreographer and expert dance instructor who has worked with such celebrities as Rihanna and LeAnn Rimes. Most recently, ILYSE was seen on EXTRA with Mario Lopez. ILYSE is praised as a dance teacher like no other. ILYSE has a B.A. in Dance Performance and Dance Education from Point Park University, the premier performance school (second only to Julliard). ILYSE also had the honor of travelling to Beijing, China to present at a conference for the Asian Academy of Sports Fitness Professionals. ILYSE co-starred in a dance video with ABC’s “Dancing with the Stars” champion, Cheryl Burke. She also worked with NBC’s “Biggest Loser” trainer, Kim Lyons in a new DVD series. ILYSE’s choreography and dance prowess have been evidenced on TV, film, and commercials. Her collaborations are not, though, only with the stars of stage and screen. ILYSE also gives generously of her time to teach dance to at-risk youth.

ILYSE has been awarded numerous accolades for her remarkable work. She was the 2008 winner of Exercise TV’s Top Trainer in the country for dance. ILYSE was selected to be a Lululemon Ambassador, handpicked by Reebok and Cirque du Soleil to helm their latest workout “Jukari-Fit to Fly”; and she participated in the SHAPE Bikini Body Tour teaching “Beach Body Dance Jam” during the summer of 2010. Jake Steinfeld, founder of Body by Jake, recently granted ILYSE Top Ten Trainer for FitOrbit. ILYSE is now a BATUKA Choreographer and contributes online workouts to FitnessGlo.
